Privacy Policy — Relokit

Relokit is an iPhone app published by Reza Madahzadeh. This policy explains what the app does with your information. It is short because the app does very little with it.
The short version
Relokit has no user accounts, no servers of its own, and no analytics. Your trips, your deadlines and your documents are stored on your device and are not transmitted to us. We cannot see them, because there is nowhere for them to go.
What stays on your device
Everything you enter, including:
- your trips — entry and exit dates, country, and any note you add
- your profile — arrival date, person type, whether you hold a residence permit
- your deadlines, and which ones you have completed or dismissed
- documents you photograph or import into the Vault, together with any expiry date you record
- your reminder settings
This data is held in the app's private storage on the device. If you have iCloud device backup enabled, Apple's backup of your device may include it, under Apple's privacy policy rather than this one. Relokit does not use iCloud sync.
Deleting the app deletes this data. There is no copy elsewhere for us to delete on request, and no account to close.
What leaves your device, and when
Reports you choose to share. The PDF presence report is generated on your device. It goes wherever you send it using the iOS share sheet, and nowhere otherwise.
Links you tap. Some screens link to official Armenian legal sources and to service pages. Tapping a link opens it in your browser, and the destination site then applies its own policy.
What we do not do
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No tracking across apps or websites, and no data shared with data brokers.
- No analytics or crash-reporting SDK. We receive no usage data about you.
- No selling of personal information, under any definition of "sale".
- No profiling and no automated decision-making about you.
Permissions the app asks for

Children
Relokit is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. There is nothing in the app for a child to use.
Legal bases, for users in the EEA and the UK
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the on-device processing is carried out by you as the user. We are not a controller of that data because we never receive it.
Retention
On-device data stays until you delete it or delete the app.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date at the top. The app links here from Settings, so you will always reach the current version.
